• Steadfast and Pathao are our primary shipping partners for local deliveries across Bangladesh.

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days from the time of purchase.

• Standard Delivery: Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after processing, depending on your location.

• Express Delivery: If available, express shipping will deliver your order within 1–3 business days.

???? Shipping Charges:

• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and delivery location of your order.

• We offer free shipping for orders above a certain amount or for bulk purhcase. (Dependant on the product)

???? Delivery Address:

• Ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries due to incorrect address details.

• If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours after placing the order.

???? Delivery Process:

• Steadfast and Pathao will notify you of your delivery status through SMS or email.

• For local deliveries, you may receive a call from the delivery personnel to confirm your availability for delivery.

• If no one is available to receive the package, a re-delivery attempt may be made, or you may be asked to pick up your order from a nearby pickup point.

???? Order Tracking:

• Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS to track the status of your delivery in real-time.

• Visit the Steadfast or Pathao website or app for detailed tracking information.

? Delivery Issues:
