Refund and Returns Policy
At Mishkat Imports LLC, we are committed to ensuring you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. We prioritize transparency and quality. However, if something isn’t right, we’re here to fix it.
Please read our policy below to understand your rights and our process.
1. The “Open Box” Policy (Instant Return)
We strongly encourage all customers to inspect their package while the delivery personnel is present.

Check Before You Pay: You have the right to open the box and check the product quality in front of the delivery hero.

Don’t Like It? Return It: If the product is damaged, incorrect, or simply does not meet your expectations, you may return it immediately to the delivery personnel.

Cost: There is no return fee for instant returns. You simply do not pay for the item. If you paid advance you will be refunded within 3 days.
2. The 3-Day Return Policy
If you did not return the item instantly but later decided it wasn’t for you, we offer a 3-day return window starting from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return after the delivery man has left:

Condition: The item must be unscathed, unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Packaging: It must be in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and distinct brand labels intact.

Feedback: You must provide a valid reason/feedback for the return. We value your input to help us improve.
3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected by our team:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the full purchase price of the item will be refunded.

Method: Refunds will be processed via your original method of payment or Mobile Banking (bKash/Nagad/Rocket) within 5–7 business days.
Note: Unless the item was defective or incorrect due to our error, delivery charges are non-refundable.
4. Return Shipping Costs

Defective/Wrong Item: If the mistake is ours (e.g., wrong color, broken item), Mishkat Imports will bear the return shipping cost.

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item simply because you changed your mind after the delivery personnel has left, you will be responsible for the return shipping fees.
5. Non-Returnable Items
To maintain hygiene and quality standards, the following items cannot be returned:

Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Items returned more than 3 days after delivery.

Sale/Clearance items (unless defective).

Personalized or custom-made/ exclusive ordered items.
